after getting your documents we can issue l.o.i within 48 hours, quantity looking
first lot 30000 mtons x 12 shipments. payment by irrevocable and transferrable
sight l/c open (one time transferrable) from prime bank china and payment
guarnteed by abn amro head quaters from holland. specifications.

used rail R -50 (51.67 kg/m GOST-7173)
R -65 (64.72 kg/m GOST-8165-75)
rail length : will be cut to 6M -10M at buyer's option.
performance bond : 2% non-operative PB sall be issued by the Seller before
Buyer's issuance of L/c.
